Spotlessly clean place, staff was excellent. I had heated, airy room complete with a balcony. Its stunning, central location was a plus. Also, the hotel was set at a medium distance from public gardens. Truly enjoyed my time here.

It was clean, the staff was nice and welcoming, plus the service was superb. The location was marvellous and brilliant - ease of access to Sidmouth Museum. The room was updated and most important — spotless. The breakfast was hot and there was lots of outstanding food.

Overall it was a fab stay except for service at breakfast. We enjoyed warm rooms with view over the sea. The location was super, a 10-15 minute walking distance from public gardens. And the area was lovely, just off shops, restaurants, the promenade and Sidmouth for 68 years. The food we tried was yummy and they have variety of meals to choose from.

We have stayed here for 1 night and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly efficient and very very helpful and assisted us with free parking. The location was stunning and lovely, really close to old town. What's more, it was 10 mins drive from Jacobs Ladder Beach.

Enjoyed our 3 nights here. This excellent hotel was in central location on what was intended as a romantic getaway for two. Moreover, it was near the Esplanade, restaurants and the centre of the town. The room was not only outstanding, but lovely too, and had central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making facilities. The staff were cheerful and super, provided excellent services.
